Processing Time

Orders placed directly with the author are processed within 5 business days after payment is received unless otherwise indicated.

Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Return Eligibility
I accept returns for:
✅ Damaged or defective books (please provide photos).
✅ Incorrect items received (must be in original condition).
🚫 I do not accept returns for buyer’s remorse or digital products (eBooks, PDFs).
How to Request a Return

Refunds are processed 5 days after we receive the returned item.
Exchanges
If you receive a damaged or defective book, I will replace it free of charge.
Cancellations
Sales are final. Once an order has been processed, I cannot guarantee cancellation.
